"Since HSpeak 2I, the numbers are the default arguments of the script",
Is this really "2I"? (Like, the letter I?) Also, is there an HSpeak version history lying around anywhere?
Also: Do I need to worry about SCRIPTS.BIN for the FMF? I mean... can someone please change "TODO" to, at least, a few sentences describing basically what SCRIPTS.BIN is for, and where it fits in to the whole scheme?
Thanks so much!

Bob the Hamster: Yep, 2I as in "India".Anyway, we are already up to version 3Ge.
There are some comments at the top of hspeak.exw that give information about the changes through the versions, and also svn log hspeak.exw will give you info on which revisions touched the file.
S'orlok Reaves: Thanks, got it.
S'orlok Reaves: Thanks for updating this page; it's been on my wishlist for a while.
The Mad Cacti: Sure. Sorry for being so lazy. Any other pages in particular on your wishlist?
S'orlok Reaves: Just one: do you know if the string lengths are up to date? And... is this array actually stored in the code anywhere? I've been browsing through the source, but I haven't found it yet.
The Mad Cacti: That's not up to date, there are currently 122 items (I'll go update it). There is no array of defaults, instead the default is provided to readglobalstring$ whereever necessary. However, you can find all the default strings in SUB statname in subs2.bas.
S'orlok Reaves: Good stuff, thanks. Before this, I was just using a heuristic to guess string lengths. :)
