My enemy's turn takes forever, why?

If your enemies are too slow, you have probably not given them enough speed. A speed of about 10 is a decent speed for an enemy. If you give them a speed of 1 or 2 they will take forever to get a turn.

Another factor that can result in slow enemies is if you gave them attacks with very long delays.

You can view enemy ready-meters if debugging keys are enabled by pressing CTRL+F11 durring battle.
