Complete lump reference

This is a Leo (http://leo.sf.net) outline containing the entire lump docs from the wiki arranged into categories. It is designed for offline reference (NeoTA: I use it in my development of Jormungand).

Update: This is outdated now. A better way to get an offline reference is:
- Install the 'FlashGot' firefox extension
- Highlight the section containing the links to lump documentation
- Rightclick and select 'FlashGot selection'; select a directory to dump the docs into.
- Automatically rename all the files to end with '.html' extension (using something like Midnight Commander, for instance).
