This isn't a game, but rather a utility for helping designers layout tile graphics for importing. This will save the hassle of drawing a graphic, just to have it "bleed" over into another tile.
Only useful for those running off XP who cannot use the printscreen function and must construct outside graphics blindly.
Sorry, the colors are mostly gray. Hopefully that won't matter much. |
